Shipping

When will the order be shipped?

Your order will be sent a maximum of h+2 after confirmation of payment with an estimated delivery adjusted for the distance from the warehouse to your address.

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are determined based on the expedition you choose, we provide a choice of expeditions from JNE and J&T. Shipping costs for each expedition can be seen during the order check out process.

You can also choose JNE expeditions to get a discount of IDR 20,000.

How do I track shipment?

The receipt number that you have received via email can be tracked via this link. by entering the receipt number in the search field, then clicking the Check Receipt button.

Can I cancel an order?

Order cancellation is canceled unilaterally if:

  • Have not made a payment within 1x24 hours after the order or at the customer's request.
  • We have not received proof of payment.
  • The expiration date on the invoice for the order has expired.

How to exchange products?

  • Maximum returns are made 7 days after the item arrives at the delivery address.
  • Items that may be exchanged are only items that still have a hang tag and have never been used. The seller has the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the exchange requirements.
  • Product availability follows realtime stock when returns are processed by the team, if an exchange item is not available, it can be exchanged with another product or sent back to the previous product, NO REFUND.
  • Shipping costs are fully borne by the customer.
