RETURN POLICY

It should be noted that the goods sent to you have been checked for eligibility by our team. If the product is damaged or the size doesn't fit, you can exchange or request a refund, with the following terms and conditions:

  • Product returns have a time limit of no more than 7 days since you received the product.
  • The condition of the product that is returned must be the same as the condition of the product that you received the first time, such as not smelling of detergent and the hangtags are still there. If the product conditions are not the same, we reserve the right to cancel your product return application.
  • Returns only apply to exchange sizes with the same product or the product you received is damaged (reject). If you want to exchange it with another product, we will make a refund to your store credit, and you can place another order.
  • The cost of shipping costs for returning or exchanging products is borne by you according to the Shipping Service Rate used.
  • The availability of replacement products depends on the stock available when the product is received back at the LOGO DE CORPS Warehouse.
  • If a replacement product is not available, we will issue a refund according to the amount and payment method you used. You will get a notification from Customer Service when the refund has been processed.
DELIVERY METHOD

We always make sure the products we send are in accordance with your order and delivered to the address you provide when placing your order. Estimates and shipping costs will vary according to the shipping service you choose. For estimated delivery you can check it when placing an order.

WRONG ITEM

You can contact Customer Service if you receive the wrong item, defect or damage to the item. Include your name, product name and code, photo and description of the error or defect in the product you received.
